Clayra ("we", "us") is a trading name of Swaroop Narayanan Nair, based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What we collect

When you fill in a form or email us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the area you cover and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to set up a free trial. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We never sell your details. We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email (for example, our form provider and email host). They process data only on our instructions.

Customers of our service

If you become a Clayra customer, we process your customers' enquiries on your behalf as a data processor, under a separate data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@clayra.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
